Stocksfield Baptist Church
There was a growing consensus within the church that the current church website, which used a proprietary system, was no longer fit for purpose; the mobile experience was poor and there were features being paid for that didn't work for the membership. The church wanted to find out what members wanted and understand the options available to replace the website and to consider the wider church communication requirements.
Research with the church included a broad stakeholder survey, combined with individual stakeholder interviews to build a broad understanding of the church's relationship with technology and the relative priority given to possible website features.
This informed an analysis of the possible options that could meet these needs with a recommendation of two possible options depending on the priorities.
